10. How do you handle confidential HR and legal information, and what safeguards do you follow?
Understanding of attorney-client privilege, work product doctrine, HIPAA, and secure file management practices.
11. Describe a complex HR issue you've assisted with that required coordination between legal and HR departments.
Clear communication, interdepartmental collaboration, and understanding of competing interests in HR/legal matters.
12. How would you approach reviewing and updating company policies for legal compliance, and what would you prioritize?
