Address recruiting underrepresented users, accessible testing environments, and designing research for neurodivergent or disabled participants.
9. Walk us through how you'd conduct a research study for a feature you've never used before in an unfamiliar domain.

10. How do you balance exploratory research (discovery) with evaluative research (validation) in your work?
