• Payment info: processed by Stripe (we never see or store your card details)
• Usage data: PostHog analytics (anonymized)
• Error data: Sentry (for debugging only)
• Location: country-level only (for pricing)

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide and improve the platform
• Send relevant emails (you can unsubscribe)
• Generate certificates with your name
• Debug errors and maintain stability
• Show appropriate pricing by region

3. Data Storage and Security

• User data stored in Supabase (US region)
• Authentication via Clerk (SOC2 certified)
• Payments via Stripe (PCI DSS compliant)
• All data transmitted over HTTPS

4. What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your data
• We do not use your data for advertising
• We do not share data with third parties beyond what is listed below

5. Third-Party Services

We share data only with these services to operate the platform:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Clerk — authentication
• Resend — email delivery
• PostHog — anonymized analytics
• Sentry — error monitoring (anonymized)
• E2B — code execution sandboxes

6. Your Rights (GDPR + US)

• Access: download your data from Settings
• Deletion: delete your account from Settings
• Portability: JSON export available in Settings
• Correction: update your profile in Settings
• Opt-out: unsubscribe from emails at any time

7. Cookies

• Essential: required for login (cannot disable)
• Analytics: PostHog (can opt out in Settings)
• No advertising cookies ever

8. Children

This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Data Retention

• Active accounts: data kept while account exists
• Deleted accounts: data removed within 30 days
• Backups may retain data for up to 90 days

10. Changes

We will notify you of material changes by email.
