No questions asked. Applies to all plans and purchases.
14-Day Refund Guarantee
All purchases come with a 14-day full refund, no questions asked. This applies to:
- Pro Monthly subscription
- Pro Annual subscription
- Teams plan
- Lifetime Deal (Early Bird and Standard)
- India special pricing purchases
After 14 days, no refunds are issued. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
How to Cancel
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How to Request a Refund
Within 14 days of purchase, email us:
- Email: hello@mindloomhq.com
- Subject: “Refund Request”
- Include: your account email and purchase date
We process refunds within 5 business days. Refunds return to your original payment method. Banks may take an additional 5–10 days to reflect.
Exceptions
No refund if your account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
