These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Mindloom (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Saanvi Services LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. By using mindloomhq.com you agree to these Terms. You must be 18 or older, or have parental consent, to use this service.

2. What We Provide

An online AI engineering education platform with structured courses, AI tutoring, coding labs, and certificates. Subscription-based with a free tier.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for your account security
• One account per person
• Provide accurate information
• Do not share login credentials

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Share or resell your account access
• Scrape or automate access to course content
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Use the platform to harass or harm others
• Attempt to circumvent phase gating or access controls

5. Payments and Billing

• Payments processed by Stripe
• Prices in USD (India users may see local pricing)
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
• Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing

6. Intellectual Property

• All course content is owned by Saanvi Services LLC
• Your personal notes belong to you
• Certificates are non-transferable licenses
• You may not redistribute or resell course content

7. AI Tutor

• AI responses are for educational purposes only
• Not professional advice (legal, medical, financial)
• Conversations may be used to improve the service

8. Termination

• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms
• You may cancel anytime from Settings
• Upon termination, your access ends immediately
• Your data is retained per our Privacy Policy

9. Disclaimers

• Service provided as-is without warranty
• We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes
• We do not guarantee job placement

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.

12. Changes

We will notify users of material changes by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
